What is coaching all about? – Think of it like a missing link. You know there is a lot of information out there, about everything you have questions on. You could research for days about things and not feel confident in what you’re reading (and no, everything you read on the internet is not true). But that’s where Jenn come in. As a coach, Jenn helps you fill in the gaps, find answers to your questions and help you decide what to do and helps you feel confident with those decisions.
How does coaching work? – Personalized, one-on-one coaching is where together, you and Jenn, set goals, create a plan and start to make small changes. It starts with a consultation where Jenn get to learn about you, the routines you have now or want to put in place, the support you’ll have around you and how she can help you better. During a program, Jenn provides you with recommendations and suggestions to try as you work toward your goals. Periodically, you’ll have a session with Jenn to go over your progress. Adjustments are made and guidance is given every step of the way. In order to reach your goals, you need to put in the work, though. All coaching sessions are confidential and private; only the information you allow Jenn to share with your support system will be shared.
What type of clients do you work with? – Any client that wants to free themselves of clutter, organize their lives and reduce their stress and anxiety. Jenn has helped clients find the balance between life and work, organize and increase efficiency with their time and even help individuals increase their self-confidence. The initial consultation is the first step in coaching so both Jenn and the client can decide if working together would be beneficial. Just like a therapist, you have to find the right coach for you. So sometimes, it will take more than one “interview”.
Is there anyone that you will not work with? – Unfortunately, yes. Because Jenn is not a licensed physician, nutritionist, nurse or therapist, she uses her discretion wisely. This is a decision made both for the client’s and her own safety. And it is not one taken lightly. The consultation is in place to help all parties decide if working together is the right choice.
How does payment for your services work? – Consultations can be scheduled through Acuity and are paid prior to your appointment. If enrolled in a program, payment is arranged between Jenn and the client directly and will be accepted via cash, check or credit card through PayPal invoicing. The cost for the consultation and each of the programs can be found here.
