Jenn took baby steps to reduce the clutter around her, learn how to organize her home, her time and her life and ultimately was able to minimize her stress and anxiety. She changed her eating habits, how much she moved each day and began to practice self-care regularly! Once she had her transformation, she decided to become a Coach and help others do the same.
